I’m a professional pastry chef and baker with over 15 years experience. My goal is to fill this blog with illustrated recipes, that can easily be replicated in the home-from the simple to the complicated. I have worked in 5 star hotels and Michelin star restaurants during my career. Until recently I ran my own patisserie and bakery where all the produce-the croissants, icecream, chocolates and pastries were made by hand. I am currently taking time off from professional cooking to raise my baby daughter
