Hazelnut Frangipane
250g sugar
250g ground hazelnuts (this is now available in Aldi supermarkets)
4 eggs
250g butter
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
Cream the butter and sugar, add the ground hazelnuts then add the eggs and rum
