Chocolate Chip Orange Buttermilk Muffins

Use the chocolate buttermilk cake recipe and add 50g chocolate chips and 2tsp of orange extract. 

Of course you can make your own flavours by adding nuts, white or milk chocolate, fudge or fruit pieces and extract of choice.
